With our company WH&S management plan and job specific management plans for all our work we hope to eliminate or minimise the risk of injury and harm to our people and reduce the risk of damage to plant, equipment and the environment.
HIGH QUALITY PROCESS
Central Building and Property Maintenance will manage its facilities and work in a manner to ensure, as far as possible, the highest standard of health and safety are maintained in accordance with the relevant Work Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.
Central Building and Property Maintenance is fully insured with workers compensation, public liability, product liability, construction and indemnity insurance. We hold accreditation with CM3, Pegasus, ICIX , Trade Montitors plus others and are accepting of future accreditation with a preferred WHS&E.
