Welcome to Central Building & Property Maintenance. Our business will help to minimize your work load by offering a “one stop, one call service” complete property maintenance and repair service.

Central Building & Property Maintenance is a family owned business and has been providing high quality service and workmanship at very competitive price since the 1970’s to clients in Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast, with offices in both Umina Beach on the Central Coast and Yennora in Sydney.

The business was initially formed by Robin Day and began servicing the Sydney wool sheds at Yennora in the 1970’s. Robin has since retired and Andrew Day having managed the business for over 15 Years is now the sole proprietor of Central Building & Property Maintenance. Andrew is highly motivated and is very much hands on guy with a “we can do attitude”.

Andrew has continued a personalized service covering all aspects of building and property maintenance to the majority of the early clients, while expanding the business to now be able to provide better and more cost effective service as well as wider variety of work for both re-active and scheduled maintenance and repair.

Central Building and Property Maintenance through our 12 strong team (and growing), pride ourselves on being able to offer a “one stop, one call service” to our clients that covers commercial, industrial, government and retail needs. We are available 7 days a week and are able to carry out required repairs and maintenance anytime of the day or night, should the need arise.

We have recently expanded our service operations to include southern Queensland with a focus on Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads in Northern NSW.
